Tonight’s show

Tonight at 7-8:30pm (in UK) on www.freshair.org.uk, we’ll be playing tracks by some more artists playing this year’s Tigerfest, plus something new from the Tindersticks (pictured) and something old by Tim Buckley. Digital Plamf has probably topped his own track record with a gorgeous track by Avrocar. And seeing as we had a rare MES free programme last week, the featured album will be The Fall’s newie, Imperial Wax Solvent.

Next week is the last radio show until the Autumn (if it returns at all), so we’ll be eschewing the usual wilful obscurism (is that a word?) to play a bunch of classic pop, rock, soul, funk, dance – you name it – plus any requests – get them to me by Sunday night by posting comments here or emailing me.
